As a Parish
We seek to build our church community on the person, teaching and work of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Bible, through:
- Worship that is passionate, intimate, culturally appropriate and inspiring

Outreach which is a Spirit-empowered sharing of the good news of Jesus with our friends and neighbours

Discipleship which equips all members to live like Jesus, in love, forgiveness, prayerfulness, holiness, integrity, humility and generosity

Service that is a practical living out of the Kingdom values of justice and care for those in need in our communities and workplaces

Fellowship which provides mutual support, sharing and encouragement for every member within the church family
- Mission that shares the good news, especially among the younger generation
As a Diocese
The Bishop of Oxford has called the whole Diocese to join together in mission and has set out his vision for us under the banner of Living Faith, the priorities of which are illustrated in the image below.
THE LIVING FAITH PRAYER
Gracious God,
you call us to a living faith in the future
as well as in the present;
open our eyes to the opportunities before us
in our parishes and deaneries,
and in the daily discipleship of our own lives.
May we sustain and nourish our inner lives,
so that we can serve others effectively,
and offer to all people the transforming love
of Jesus Christ our risen Lord. Amen
