St Denys is a church family where all ages are made welcome.

Although we don't (yet!) have a créche, we do have a small 'Kids Zone' at the back of the church for very young children and their carers. This is a small carpeted area where we keep some toys and colouring materials to help those of pre-school age keep themselves busy during the service. Don't worry if your children make a small amount of noise during the service - God gave children loud voices and the desire to express themselves!

St Denys Kids

During the school term (usually!) on the first, second, fourth and fifth Sundays of each month there is St Denys Kids, our children's church for those aged 3-11. 

We all meet together in church and stay in for the first part of the service.  After the prayer for the day (collect) we go to the small village hall for St Denys Kids where we learn from the Bible, pray and do some craft activities.  The session lasts for 40 minutes and then we return to church to join everybody else for the end of the service.

Family Service

Our Family Service is normally on the third Sunday of each month and is now at 10.15am.  

Whatever our age we all stay in church for the whole service, worshipping, praying and learning about God together. 

After the service refreshments are served at the back of the church.  This is a good time to chat and get to know each other, especially if you are new to the church and would like to find out more about us.

J Team

Some recent themes have been Moses, Jesus in Galilee, St Paul’s Journeys and the Parable of the Sower.

The next J Team will be on Saturday 12th March 10am-12.30pm in St Denys Church.  Everybody is welcome!
