Thinking Of Visiting? PDF Print E-mail

If you're thinking of visiting us for one of our Sunday Services, we have put together the following questions and answers so you know what to expect. If you have any questions that are not covered on this page, do feel free to get in touch and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Where can I park?

  • We have plenty of free street parking around the church.

  • What time do your Sunday services start?

  • The main Sunday service begins at 10.15am and lasts about an hour.  Details of other services can be found in the Weekly Timetable tab on the menu on the left.

  • What happens when I arrive?

  • You will be greeted as you enter the building and given a service sheet and song book, although the words for the songs will also be on the screen at the front of the church.

  • Do you have Bibles available?

  • Yes there are copies of Todays New International Version of the Bible in the pews.

  • Do you have disabled facilities?

  • We have wheelchair access through the front entrance.  For the hard of hearing there is a 'loop' system in operation and we also have large print service sheets and song books for the visually impaired.

  • Where do I sit?

  • There are no set seating plans you can sit wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • Is there a dress-code?

  • No. Come as you wish!

  • Do you have Sunday School classes?

  • Yes, we have different children's groups each week. See the 'Children' tab in the 'What We Do' menu on the top of this page.

  • What happens during the service?

  • Various things on various weeks. There will be songs and hymns, prayers, Bible readings and a sermon. We also have communion most weeks during our morning service.

  • What happens after the service?

  • Most people stay for refreshments and chat for a while before heading home. This would be a great time for one or two us to get to know you if you can hang around.

  • Can I arrange a meeting with the Minister or one of the other leaders?

  • Yes, please do chat to one of us after the service or see the details on the Contact Us page.
